Renee has a passion for working alongside children, teens, young adults, women, men, couples, and families while demonstrating compassion, empathy, and non-judgmental acceptance. She helps her clients use healthy methods and strategies to search for meaning and purpose in their lives and to reach relational wholeness within themselves. Her goal is to create a safe space to connect, feel truly heard, deeply seen, and completely supported while exploring your fears, relationships, and emotions in an enriching, therapeutic, and inviting environment.
Renee enjoys working with individuals of different ages and from all walks of life. She believes each person is made of unique and precious attributes which should be explored, examined, embraced, and integrated into healing oneself in therapy. Begin rebuilding and imagining a new life with Renee’s support and guidance while finding courage in wholeness, vulnerability, and healing. Specialized Training and Experience
Renee has training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing – a specialized therapy designed to alleviate the effects of distressing events, PTSD, and trauma), Domestic Violence Advocate Training, Restoration Therapy, Gottman Method Couple Therapy Level 1, and Emotional Focused Couple Therapy (EFT), which is one of the few researched and validated therapies helping families and couples strengthen attachments, builds stronger connections, and strengthen relationships. Her overall approach is from a Humanistic, Existential, and Attachment-focused lens. Renee’s therapy modalities also include CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Bowen.
